Starting Body Revolution Today! Your experience?

Hi! Today I'm starting Jillian's Body Revolution. I love her dvds and I'm sure this one will be awesome.
I would love to know about your experience with this program and results your got from it, to get more inspired.

    ive ordered it but wont be doing it for a little longer (baby due next friday, then have to be "approved" for exercise by my dr) - but id love to see/read some others results :)
    i was thinking about adding in some separate weight lifting while i do BR, just because i miss my routine so much (3x/week, lower/upper/full body) but not sure if thats recommended.

    I used it starting in October of last year. I only finished 11 weeks because I joined the gym instead. It's a really good workout though! I lost 18 pounds and two pants sizes when I was finished. The workouts rotate enough that it doesn't get boring.

    Hi! I did Body Revolution and found great success with it. I lost around 10 lbs and several inches. I didn't see the weight come flying off, but the inches did!! I loved the progression of the discs and it was was really great seeing how strong I got! I now rotate those discs with all of the other JM workouts I own. Feel free to add me if you want!   • I've just started too. Legs and abs hurting bad tonight but workouts not that bad so far. Only done 2 days. Heard that from week 3 it gets much more difficult. She is very good though, her voice doesn't annoy me. My hubbie is doing P90X and that guy's voice just goes through my brain. Some of the things he says make me cringe!

    Good luck with it. Hope we will be lean by the end of it!

    Yes, week one and two seems doable...will have to keep going through the hard parts too!

    I'm not familiar with this program, but it sounds like it would work for my apartment based workouts. Can anyone explain to a newbie?
