Allergies

Has anybody else been experiencing water retention with the onset of spring allergies and the taking of medication? I take loratidine, sudafed, and occasionally benedryl. Since upping my meds for allergies, I seem to have put on a couple of pounds pretty much overnight. I suspect the allergy medicine, but wanted to know if others have experienced this. If just water, it should go down again in a few days/weeks.

If it's water weight, then yes it should settle out. And putting on a couple of pounds inside a few days sounds like water weight. Elsewise you would have had to eat 7,000+ over maintenance in that time to put on actual fat.

Unfortunately, I don't have any advice on how to combat it.
