Just wanted to share with everyone, I reached my goal of 21 lb weight loss! :bigsmile: After about 142 days of p90x. The even better news, I am gonna keep going! This is a lifestyle change not a diet! I am in it for the long haul! My 90 day before and after pictures are in my profile, but when I get back from my vacation at the beach I will post a new updated one! Vacation starts in less than 8 hours!:love:
