dont want this to be taken the wrong way, but does your hubby help with dinner, dishes etc? Buy a sprinkler to water the flowers, do you really do laundry every day?

While I do not have a job per-say as I am a stay at home mom right now, I am finishing up my degree and need a lot of time for studies and such. Not to mention when I have to go to main campus for classes it's a 20 min drive there and back (that's doing the speed limit). What helps me out with my day is not going anywhere to work out; I do all of my workouts at home. My husband and I workout together almost every morning be fore he leaves for work. We use resistance bands instead of weights and while we switch things up every week, we still work out the same areas. I have a Denise Austin DVD that we use for strength training one week and on another week we do slow motion workouts (which is basically death disguised as exercise, but it looks good in the end). To do slow motion you just take whatever exercise you want to do and do it to a 5 count real slow. For instance, if you were going to do sit ups you would come up to a slow five count (a thousand one, a thousand two,...etc) and go back down to the same count. Hurts like the ****ens but it works really well for muscle building. Then if the weather isn't too hot we take an evening walk for our cardio. Though soon we will start using my Denise Austin DVD for our cardio as well, since it will be far too hot to do much of anything outside (last 2 days were hit the 100's) I know that it's not much time saved, but it is about 10 mins shaved off your day that you could find something else to do with. Hope this helps out a little, I know when I was having to go somewhere else to workout my day seemed too short as well and I didn't even have a job!

Can your hubby help doing some of it so you can stop having a feeling that you are constantly doing something ?

I'm divorced and my son lives with me and one thing that happen is that I could NOT do everything anymore... It just became a reality so I put everything I have to do on a piece of paper and prioritized what I need done and how often it needed to be done; and I planned some time to relax into it.
