My 70lb Success

Within the last yeah, I have lost 70lbs. First I started out just by switching my eating lifestyle. Cutting carbs and sugars and starches, fried foods, butters, also fruits that are really high in sugar. The weight began to drop drastically just by switching to better choices. Then I started working out after majority of the weight had been lost. So since January of last year, I have lost 70lbs. Went from a size 18 to a comfortable 9. I workout to P90x daily. I do zumba once a week. I do Hiphop abs 1once a week, and bellydance. But P90X is my daily workout. Hope this inspire someone.
