Diary/calorie advice!!

Is there any way I can change my diary settings so i can have a different calorie goal eachday? I want to try a zig zag diet, but I can't figure out how to individualy add in different calories for everyday of the week

  • As far as I know there is no way to do it... You could always just make a note of it and don't go past that goal... I wish we could have this feature!

    There really is no way to do it with MFP. Leangainers have been trying to get MFP to add something like this for a while. You could set custom goals for yourself each day, but that's tedious.

    Nope, I just set my calories limit at my higher goal and eat less on rest days. Really not that difficult

    I'm going to set it at my main calories, then write a note for the days I eat more. Thanks anyways u guys!
