what to do after 30DS

heyheyhey

i recently posted my before and after picture but cant post it again as im at college haha

Ive got 1st to go and a LOT of toning to get into my Bikini for the end of may so im starting 30DS on Monday. My main target area is the mid section so i was going to go onto The Biggest Loser Power Ab Blast, does anyone have any experience with this?

If you have any other suggestions about what could tone my mid section up in 3 weeks after 30DS as thats when my holiday is and i NEED to be in a bikini haha

any suggestions for a workout regiem would be very much appriciated x

    If you liked the 30 Day Shred, you might try Ripped in 30. I haven't actually done it, but I've seen a lot of people posting about it. They say that it's a bit tougher than the 30 Day Shred, and a step up from it. That's what I'm going to do once I'm finished with the Shred.

    I agree! When I finish the Shred I'm moving on to Ripped in 30, and then Insanity :smile:

    Definitely try ripped in 30. I've finished both, and RI30 is for sure the next step up from 30DS. The first two levels might have you scoffing and saying "whatever, this is easy" but make no mistake; level 3 and 4 will kick your bum!


    You could also try blogilates free on youtube. I'm currently doing it and I'm SO sore! I really feel it working my muscles a bit better than in Jillians workouts but there is less weight use.

    I actually preferred ripped in 30 over 30DS
