Running/Walking shoes

The Gel Kayano 18's have replaced the Gel Nimbus 13's as my main running shoe. Any experience with the pro's / con's of these?

  No experience yet with even running, so I can't comment on the shoes! )))))))))) However, I'm sure you'll find some great opinions over the course of the day! Blessings!
