Need a boost

Hi everyone,
I've been on MFP for ages, I did really well at first, and although I haven't exactly fallen from the wagon, the wagon seems to be stuck! lol.
I have started today being more thorough, I go through stages of not writing down what I eat, because it's almost samey samey, so today marked a fresh start for me.
ANYWAY... any hints or tips will be appreciated, I'm really stuck. I seem to have stalled at 35lbs, I go to the gym 3 x a week (mainly just cardio, but can burn between 750-500 cals a time, dependant on how hard I work and for how long, I use a HRM tho) and I don't eat OODLES of crap.
Should I cut anything out, cut carbs down, up protein? my calories before exercise stand at 1450 and I'll be honest, some days I REALLY struggle to reach that, other days I eat most of it by the time tea time rolls around and I just end up having something little.
I just need some help and a boost, I'm tired of it now

Your diary is closed so I can't offer advice on your diet.
I reccomend cutting back on the cardio and start lifting.0 -
I've done the yo-yo thing for many years. When I get stuck I up my calorie intake by 10-15%, usually takes care of the problem for me. Good luck, hope you get over the hump.0

My diary has been empty for a few weeks so you wouldn't really be able to offer much advice food wise, I try and stick within my limits tho. Maybe I should have asked this when i'd been back into it for a few weeks haha0
