Stuck in the same decade for 4+ weeks...HELP!

Options
I think I'm strong enough to ask for help here...Can someone please help me crash through what I think is a plateau that never ends? I will make my diary public so you can view it and tell me what I'm doing wrong.

I'm in the gym 3-4 days a week and so the calories you see burned are thanks to my Body Media Armband. Yesterday I decided I was going to take someone's advice and drink half my body weight in ounces of water. I felt like I never left the bathroom but I'm determined to do it this week to see if it helps budge the scale I'm sick of looking at the same two numbers.

Here is my weightloss since I started week by week:
11/16/12 -5.5lbs
11/22/12 -1.4lbs
11/30/12 -1.6lbs (-14.5 inches)
-8.5 lbs total
12/07/12 -2.2lbs
12/14/12 -0.8lbs
12/21/12 -3.6lbs
12/28/12 +0.6lbs
-6.00 lbs total
01/04/13 0.00lbs
01/11/13 -1.6lbs
01/18/13 -1.6lbs (-11.5 inches)
01/25/13 +1.4lbs
-1.8 lbs total
02/01/13 -3.2lbs
02/08/13 -1.6lbs
02/15/13 -0.6lbs (-3.5 inches)
02/22/13 +0.2lbs
-5.2 lbs total
03/01/13 -1.8lbs
03/08/13 +0.2lbs
03/15/13 -2.5lbs (-4.0 inches)
03/22/13 +1.4lbs

Whenever I hit a plateau I know I need to eat more ... really. I need to eat more protein and less carbs. I'm never hungry or tired when I eat enough protein. Yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken, almonds. Good luck!

You are doing fantastic! Have you gone into MFP personal settings and re-set your calorie goal yet? When you have lost a fair amount (like over ten pounds) your calorie needs will be slightly lower (sorry!).
