Need help with sugar intake

Hi i am new on this site and i notice i eat too much sugar..... I love fruits but its sugar everything got sugar can you give me idea of a day with only 26 g of sugar in a day???

I actually noticed this too, since I recently signed up and put my usually daily diet up, I'm at around 52g of sugar, which is pretty freaking high! (A banana and clif bar make up most of the sugar)
I'm wondering if I should scramble to correct it or not.0 -

^ This, my personal trainer tells me this all the time. Focus on Carbs, Protein, and Fat!!! Everything in moderation.0 -
I don' t worry about it if the sugar comes from natural fruits. Just work on reducing the added sugars..0

I go over all the time due to my love for fruit. My doctor told me not to worry as much about the sugar that comes from fruit. I'd say keep enjoying that fruit!!0

I'm in the same boat...I get lots of sugar from fruits...and my 3-4 tbsp daily of coffee creamer. I'm thinking about trying sugar-free creamer, but I don't know about that and how it would taste. I'm loosing 4-5 pounds every 2 weeks so far, so I'm not sweating it! :-)0
