I know you can do it if I can and if all these people here have! The doctor (a weight loss doc) told me a good rule of thumb is 30-45 minutes 3 times a week... for the rest of your life! It's not hard when you think about that you can just stand in your house/ apt for that time and do kicks, walk in place at a good pace, etc. It doesn't take a lot so if you are doing high intensity 2 times a week and your body isn't used to that then you'll lose for sure. Just make small changes and you'll do it! I've lost 40 in 1 year... slow but steady. The doctor said that's the best way. You'll see results soon if you stick to it! Weigh only once a week and keep with it!0
