Hey all!


I found this site through good ol' reddit. I have been on and off about exercising lately, but I really want to stick to it. I'm hoping this site can keep me motivated and help me reach my goal. I've always had trouble losing weight, been fighting this battle for years. I'm hoping to develop healthier habits and not just dropping the pounds. It's embarrassing to go hiking with your friends and to be the first one who's tired and panting. I'm trying to break that streak.
