    Light n Fit Greek Yogurt - any flavor
    1 wedge of laughing cow (light) and 6 wheat saltine crackers
    1 medium apple
    1 medium banana

    Oops - forgot to add - I select only of these per snack.

    nakd bars - the 30g size ones are all around 100 cals and very satisfying and totally yummy

    Grapes, I think 1.5 cups has 90 calories.
    1/2 cup of Bran Flakes with Unsweetened Almond Milk, and a few berries!
    A serving of fruity Cheerios (dry).
    Cucumbers and Baby Carrots.
    If you can spare 130 calories, a serving of Hagen Daaz Chocolate Sorbet (NOT the ice cream).
    1/2 slice Whole Foods Vegan Chocolate Cake.
    Tall Starbucks Cafe Misto.

    A cup of frozen cherries
    Can of V8 served hot with a tsp of parmasean cheese (watch sodium)
  • Fiber one brownie or cookie bars - 90 cal, 20% of your daily fiber and they really satisfy my cravings got sweets!

    1 serving size (about 4 pieces) of buffalo mozzarella cheese (cherry size)
    Handful of grape tomatoes
    Sliced fresh basil leaves

    Toss together with a tiny drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Yummy and fresh!

    Maybe be a little over 100 cal.

    Special K cereal bars - red berry and double chocolate are the best
    Muller light yogurts
    Fruit - apples, strawberries, bananas and pears are some of my favourites
    Dried fruit - 50g of Suma unsuphured apricots is 79 calories
    Aero white choc bubbly mousses for a treat - 99 calories of pure deliciousness
    Jammie dodgers snack packs
    Fiery worcester sauce and sundried tomato propercorn

    My list goes on. I love to snack :).

    Banana "ice-cream"

    It's a banana sliced, frozen then blended. I usually add some cocoa and cinnamon. Texture is just like the real thing
