Hey everyone,

How do you define success? I have to admit that I am not sure how I would answer this question...

Success is when you crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentation of their women

Do you mean health success, human success, or living a purposeful life?

If it is health, it's being at a healthy weight, having good blood work and sustainable habits for life.

All the rest? It takes faith and a man and woman will not agree. ;)

Success is a daily thing for me. If I stay within my limit for the day that's success to me. Losing a tenth of a pound is success to me. Success, as life, is a journey not a destination. That's my intellectual answer....my smart alack answer is exes thinking "dang I'm an idiot!" hahaha

Roof over my head, food in my fridge, me and mine all healthy and happy. Nothing else matters, genuinely, nothing else.

Depend on your goals. So like me, as an architect, I have to chase after the most prestigious jobs.
All depended on your front of attack. Home, Career, Relationship. Sex. ability to eat large amount of food. (Adam in Man vs. Food)

If you want them all, sure, it's all a balancing act call life.

Success: Making a decision, and then making it happen.

You can be "successful" everyday, if you set your goals (the "decision" part of the equation) properly. But if you set your goals too far into the future, you go for a very long time without ~feeling~ "successful", which can lead to giving up.

Make a decision about TODAY that will lead to what you want in life and then make it happen. For this, you will be "Successful" TODAY. Tomorrow: rinse and repeat. Etc.

Success is reflecting on all aspects of your life, including your family, health, career, and home, and thinking how lucky you are to be where you are.

Also, squatting more than the frat boys at my gym is pretty cool, too.

Success has much to do with never quitting no matter how many mistakes I may or may not make.
