sweet potato, carrot, apple, lentil soup, 1 serving (2 cups) is just under 200 cal.
probably add a salad and ciabatta bread since my calories are so low today

I'm not sure about me yet! With the snow storm that just came through St. Louis, I haven't been able to get to the grocery store in a couple days, so I'm stuck with what I have here. I always have tilapia on hand, so s a probability. Of course, I had it last night... but I could eat it everyday!0

Homemade thin crust pizza with shrimp, spinach, sauteed onions and parm cheese and a salad. Can't wait!!!0

I cooked a bunch yesterday. Tonight is Thai coconut corn stew, accompanied by cumin lime tofu and brown rice. if I'm still hungry later, I have space for an orange and some veggie sticks.0

I had BBC Good Food chicken arrabbiata and tagliatelle... was amazing! Totally recommend it!

I have a pot of Rancho Gordo (http://www.ranchogordo.com/) beans waiting for me--I eat mine with some rice, salsa, and melted, gooey, low fat mozzarella! It's bizarrely delicious for such simple food!!
Oh, and peaches for dessert!0 -
