Bicycle and Treadmill

We recently purchased a stand for a regular bike so we can ride a bike indoors. My husband and I plan on doing 6 days of exercise alternating between the treadmill and bike. We also plan to eat within our specified calories that mfp gave us. So my question is, will this work?

Get a heart rate monitor to track your cals. As long as you burn more cals than you consume in a day, every day, you will lose weight and become more fit. Getting your heart rate up will get your heart in better shape (cardiovascular). Good luck!! I primarily use spin, treadmill, and elliptical for my cardio as well.0

no, you need to eliminate at least one food group and only eat between 8:32 a.m. and 9:27 p.m.

YAY good for you both. Sharing cardio workouts will be great for both of you. I also have a trainer and have ridden my bike indoors all winter. Of course I prefer outside but with snowy Indiana at least I get to ride even in my dining room I also have an inexpensive treadmill and I use both. Just remember to take it slow when beginning and stretch.0

I would add in some kind of strength training! You can do bodyweight exercises that you find online. Stuff like planks, push ups, lunges, squats...
