Im looking to do both months of insanity in 1 month. Dont worry I can handle it. However do you think I will lose the fat I would if i did it in two months?.

i mean it depends on how fit you are... your body needs to rehab each day, glucose gets restored and glycogen gets ready to be excreted again so that you can hit up the stores in the beginning of your exercise.....

if thats really what you want to do, go for it... but you might just overexert yourself.... i'm on day 3 so far, and i'm doing other exercises along with the program, but i am SORE, and i have been on a pretty intense program for 62 days now... and when i started, it was like BAM.

its up to you, but rather than building your muscle over time, you might just exhaust yourself... its not meant for quick results... its meant to build you up from the core out.. .

but hey, i'm only on day 3. =]

Um, I think you should just follow the 2 month schedule. Are you trying to rush the process? You can always do something on top of Insanity itself. But its up to you.

I think you'll lose lots of other things before the fat.

What's your motivation for accelerating the process so dramatically? Insanity is meant to give you a challenge no matter what level you are at. If you have the energy to do it in half the time, you probably aren't pushing hard enough during your workouts.

If you want to lose weight, continue doing Insanity at the 63 days recommended. Make sure you use a heart-rate monitor and keep your heart rate in the 80-90% maximum heart rate range during the high intensity intervals if you can handle it. Rest if you need it.

Add in weight training to prevent yourself from losing lean body mass. You may not lose as much weight in a short time compared to doubling up Insanity workouts, but as you get closer to your goal weight, you will look a whole lot better!
