Hey there everyone!
I'm so excited about this website and wanted to briefly introduce myself. I'm 30 years old and when I started on here I weighed about 199 pounds. I worked the site and got down to 194. After a brief break (due to computer issues among other things), I came back having lost an additional 2 pounds and am down to 192. I have a wedding on July 16. I would like to be at 180 for the wedding. So anyone with additional tips to help me get there?
I try to excercise every day, but struggle with Migraines and FMS that often put me in bed all day.
I am good about drinking the water needed, and do alright keeping to the 1200 calories they recommend.
I would be interested in any boosts people can give me to make this successful.
