Alright, well I am working out 6 days a week for 30 minutes per day. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are cardio days and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday Lifting days.
Should I be using Light or Moderate when choosing my TDEE level?

I haven't been doing this long enough to know much about it. It seems that you can try one activity level for a while and see what results you are getting. Then maybe try the other setting. Other members with more experience may be able to fill out that rough outline with some details. I have my mfp activity level set to active because of my job and have seen great results. I'm not too worried about TDEE yet as I am still trying to lose weight and I let mfp set my daily calorie level.0
