Introduction: Personal Fitness Goal & Report

I am a current college student in the medical field and tend to live a healthy life. However in the sport I do there are so many unhealthy ways to maintain your weight. Mixed Martial Arts is one of the most popular sports in the country and quite naturally a young energetic many like myself just had to check out what its all about. Well it turns out I'm pretty good at it and I have my first fight in June. I have had tournaments in the past and my experience with cutting weight has been hidious. My mission today is to not only explore the different suggestion other members have but to build a report for my class that provides the do's and dont's when navigating this site. I have been a member for a while but have not participated in any forum. Ideally I would like to find someone in the community who is willing to be interviewed (respond to some questions I will provide) about their experienc in the community. Whoever you are you will have the chance to see the report when it is completed and that it will not be published in any way beyond the confines of this course.
