Broken Scale/Need Opinions!

According to my scale, which is now broken, this is a 20 pound difference from left to right. After my scale broke tonight I got on an old one and it told me I weighed 3 pounds more than my starting weight. I don't know what to believe. Does this look like a 20 pound difference? I'm 5'11".

I think it could be a 20 pound difference. Even if it isn't, don't get discouraged. It could be muscle gain and fat loss.
Search "scale" on amazon. You can get them pretty cheap with free shipping. Plus you can see ratings. I just ordered one and love it.0 -
I think that's definitely possible. 100%
Get a new scale.. measure yourself with a soft measuring tape (like one for sewing) while you wait for your scale.0 -

Don't obsess about the scale.
A few years ago I bought a crappy scale from Walmart about a month after I started to eat healthy. When I stepped on it, it was telling me a number that I swore I was under. I lost my mojo, was completely discouraged.
Now at the beginning of the year I tried again, and sure enough that crappy scale is 10 pounds off depending on, oh I don't know the planets being aligned? I gain and lose the same 10 pounds.
I don't know why I step on it, I know it's not going to tell me the truth, so I just call it a liar and plan on buying a decent scale, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I feel good and I'm eating healthy, so I got that going for me at least.
ps you look GREAT!0 -
It's broken. You aren't going to get very many people giving you advice when your scale is busted.. you can see a difference in your photos but to reassure yourself, get a new scale0
