I just completed my first week of MFP and am looking forward to giving and receiving support on the boards. I have lost 100+ lbs on two different occassions but have yet to be successful in maintaining the weight loss. I just turned 49 and am determined not to turn 50 at this weight. So I'm back on track, journaling, drinking my water and moving more. We can do this!!!
