Bday weekend - Went of the rails.

Start Date 25th Feb 2012.

I went of the rails on the Weekend due to my BDay. Felt me leaving a little helpless Yesterday and Today. I have a total of 16 KG to go and want to drop it as fast as possible.

Not sure what i am going to do.

    Just get back on track today. I had a weekend away last weekend and didn't worry about what I ate or drank, then been ill for a week so I have eaten what I felt like and did no exercise. But I am back to it today.

    You can't change the past but you can decide to do better from today.

    The occasional splurge is not going to do any damage - in fact a calorie spike every now and then is good.....and birthdays are there to be celebrated! Get back on track as soon as you can.....don't worry about the past, today is a new day!

    Forget about it! Just get back on it, I know an olympian who competes in a weight category sport. She had a day off her strict diet for a birthday! (yummy cake too!)

    Life would be boring if you didn't have something nice on occasions like your birthday, it's only one day. The important thing is you get back to normal straight away and stop feeling guilty about it.

    You don't lose weight in a day and you don't gain in a day.
