Cambridge Weight Plan

Hi All,

I joined a few years ago & not been on here for a long time. I've updated my profile. My weight, I've even lost 1lb since I last logged in! Added my starting pictures. I am doing CWP and started on 2nd January 2013, so have a long way to go! 74lbs in fact. If anybody is doing the same & would like to become friends so we can support each other on our journeys then please add me. I know I will get plenty of support from my consultant, but it's nice to have someone going through the same things as me.
Currently I am very enthusiastic, motivated and focused - but I am at the start of my journey, so I am sure further down the line I may waiver!!!

Anyway good luck to you all with your fitness, weight loss & maintenance & best wishes for 2013!

    Hey V, I'm also doing CWP and started on 2nd January 2013. I've lost 15lbs on it so far and have a further 50lbs to go.
    I'm very motivated and determined to be skinny by the summer :happy:

  • Hi, I'm just on Day 2 of CWP and finding it surprisingly OK so far but its only day 2! i have around 89lbs to lose! so heres to a new me! xxx
