I usually eat baby carrots, which are only like 4 calories for a medium sized one. Boiled egg, or lately to treat myself I'll eat like a 1/4 of a candy bar as a reward. Averages about 62 cal0

I took the liberty of looking at your food log. What I would try instead of cookie and cream snack bars is Gnu bars. They have 130-140 calories each but provide half your daily fiber as well as protein and the fruit flavored ones are delicious. You can try one mid morning and one midafternoon. They're filling and fulfill sweet cravings:)0

I've not heard of these bars...does Gnu stand for something? Where can I find them? I've been using the Met Rx bar once a day divided in half and then I use half at my morning break at work and the other half at the afternoon break. I know it's a lot of calories but I really stay pretty full throughout the day. It's in the evening when I get a little hungry. I'd like to try these other bars if I can find them. Thanks.0 -

Pop Chips are awesome too.. they are not baked or fried and available at the grocery stores. Half the bag is only 150 cals so you can have about 15chips for 75cals!0
