Best things to eat at a Japanese resturant?

This Friday I am going out to eat for my cousins wedding party. We are going to a japenease resturant where they cook in front of you on the large grill. What is something you suggest I order? With Easter coming up this Sunday and having to go out again on Monday, I'm trying to keep everything as clean as possible! Especially after gaining a pound this week!

    Drink water when you arrive... a full glass if you can do it without looking like you are chugging it. lol For eating, I'd stick to the lean meats and vegetables... and try to avoid the white rice. Another good tip is to eat a good clean meal before you head out for the wedding- so you won't be as hungry when you get to the reception.
