Jillian Micheals Extreme Shed and Shred?

I bought it last week after finishing 30 day shred. I thought it would be really tough after reading reviews, but i find it challenging, but not enough to make me sore. I use 8 pound dumbbells with it. I really don't consider myself 'fit' either, I've only been eating healthy and exercising for a couple months now. Has anyone else tried it? What did you think? What are your fav workout DVDs?

    I just did a trial of JM's 30 day shred for level 1 yesterday with 5# dumbbells and thought it was not as challenging.

    Man, am I sore this morning. I usually walk 3-4 miles everyday so my legs are not as sore but my arms and lats are burning every time I have to pick my 20# son up.

    So, either your soreness will show up a couple of days later, OR..... your body is coping really well with a slight increased challenge.

    Apart from wanting to have immediate results from the 30 day shred - I actually do kettlebells. Maybe look into those?
