New to myfitnesspal

So, I've just registered on my fitness pal. Day #1. I see the same goal I've seen for years and years and years - but have never attained. I see all of the success stories. I just hope and pray I can get there.

  • New baby- 26 days old...too afraid to get right down to an intense work out but really want to get back into the swing of things- i have a very physical job as well as teach dance and being slowed down the last few months and through recovery is discouraging...especially with spring break and summer around the corner...any ideas for easing back into exercise and reducing bad eating habits from pregnancy are welcome...i signed up yesterday and realized when logging food that i consumed over 3000 calories! no wonder i cant take it off!!!! i am not overweight and maintained a 30 lb weight gain during pregnancy...and would like to get back to my 115lb pre-pregnancy staring weight. Thanks
