    Make sure you use instant oats. I tried them over the weekend with regular slow cook oats and they were nasty! Hopefully they combine better with the instant oats.

    I couldn't wait...mine are in the oven. I used a mixed dried fruit blend instead of chocolate chips. Next time I will try a little bit of peanut butter with them.

    is it wrong that I'm upset that my bananas aren't even a little bit over ripe :grumble: darn ripe and ready to eat bananas! They should sell over ripe ones for this purpose!

    I'm going to hide two somwhere so they get over ripe and then I can make these awesome sounding cookies!!
