Okay so i have been yo-yoing workin out for the past year and ive been pretty commites the past week and a half and i feel really sore.. at first i started drinkin at least 64 oz of water a day and then working out really hard on the wiifit and goin walking when i can.. i lost 3 pounds...in half a week i gained it back and i am sore and i love it! I feel stronger and lighter but i just can't stand my weight flunctuating!

The same thing happened to me. I was down around 7 lbs and then I popped back up 4 lbs! I was so upset. It dropped off a few days later and I've continued to lose. I have no idea why. I think as long as you are continuing to stay on your plan it will drop back off. I also find that it's better to weigh only once a week, at the same time, in the same spot, wearing the same thing. I am surprised at how much time and clothes effect the weigh in.0

From looking at your food diary it looks like you need to start eating more healthier. You need to have smaller/more (eat more often and stop skipping) meals and stop eating out so much. Good luck!0

I'm going through the same thing. Loust 2.5 pounds then popped back up and am actually .5 lbs heavier than when I started the week. Working out like a dog and never going over my calorie goal...what gives?0

odd thing is.. i dont eat out as much...my mom and i can only get groceries maybe once a week and its not much! i eat what i can get and just watch the calorie count and i think ive been eating alot healthier.... i had a slip this week when i went to BJs cause some friends pressured me n said i should take a break... im being more strict now...
its hard when you dont have alot of options at home tho. ive been unemployed for a year and still lookin for a job everyday now with no luck...and my mom had to quit her job because the gov was takin too much of her paycheck0 -
Just looked thru your food diary.. Try cutting back on Salt/sodium & on eating out. Its hard on a tight food budget, but there are healthy things u can stock up on and stick with a healthy program.
Read labels for Fat & Sodium. I buy all fat free cheese, fat free cottage cheese, Fruits in Juice only, low fat pudding etc. So u have stuff to munch on. Fresh veggies with low fat dressing etc etc.
I know Logans Roadhouse is awesome LOL but look at the calories u ate that day just by eating the 2 rolls there
Good Luck sweetie , u can do this , just tweek your diet/menu a bit.0 -
You could try planning out meals at home for the coming week. Make a grocery list base on what you'll need from that. Trust me preparing your own meal is a whole lot cheaper than restaurants. I highly suggests Aldi's for groceries, if you have one in your area. They have some of the best food for budget minded people. Good luck!0

well my mom is a huge jerk.regardless of what i want on groceries she says we cant afford and gets whatever she wants..so she shops on the way home and i gotta eat whatever she brings...and she gets ticked when i ask my dad for grocery money....0

Your mom doesn't buy fresh fruits and veggies? I know you want to stay within your calorie range, but the amount of processed, high sodium foods are going to cause you to retain water and not help in your weight loss. If your father wants to give you grocery money because she refuses to buy healthy foods, then she shouldn't get mad. Just ignore her and buy what you need to help aid in your weight loss.0

I would definately says you need to work on the diet, eating consistantly though out the day, a lot of days you didnt eat aynthing (or log anything) till later int he day.
You will feel better and be able to lose weight if you eat steady heathlier meals though out the day0 -
Be careful with all the low fat stuff out there. Even thought they are low fat they replace most of it with Salt so it will taste better. Good luck & maybe try to keep your fat intake at every meal less that 7grams.0

Agreed I think that your diet is the main problem...if your logging is correct, some days you don't eat hardly anything and other days a lot of eating out. I guess if you have a job eating out is the easiest thing to do but really not the healthiest. Maybe if you go to Subway, get the bowl thing instead of a sub that way you're saving about 500 calories in bread right there.0

there are days where i dont completely log what i eat and im makin it a priority to eat breakfast in the morning or when i wake up. Thanks for the advice! Im a subway nazi and i calculated my fav footlong is 1,160 cal. so i try to get a footlong.. I will try to bowl idea today...only got 6 bucks for food today though0
