Anyone train biceps everyday?

I did hammer curls on the preacher bench for an hour yesterday and I wasn't sore so I did it again today. My biceps felt like coconuts but after a few hours they feel fine and there is no soreness the day after. So is it really true you can train biceps everyday? CT Fletcher inspired me to try this out.

Overtraining, you won't get stronger doing that.
Just because you don't feel sore, doesn't mean it's time to go again man. You stop getting DOMs after your first week of lifting, that doesn't mean you want to do the same thing everything day.0 -
mannn that's awesome0

I forgot to mention that my biceps have already grown. If they are bigger now and feel well-oiled, why not keep going?Overtraining, you won't get stronger doing that.

The dudes at my gym. 3 sets preacher, 3 sets barbell, 3 sets dumbbell almost everyday. Its nice and quiet down in the power racks though so that is nice.0

You're probably just experiencing better mind muscle connection more so than gaining muscle. The better you train your nerves to flex sometimes the more defined they appear and efficiently they become pumped.0
