I tried this today and felt it was a very short routine even when I did 3 circuits of it. Has anyone else done this and how long did it take you?

I'm not sure which one you were doing- I've done several of there's.
It depends on how fit you are and how aggressive the modifcations are.
I have one that I think I picked up off their site
10 burpees
15 switch lunges
20 push ups
30 mountain climbers
40 deep squats
4 rounds- it took me 13 minutes and change- and I was working- I was satisfied with that.
You do not NEED hours of training- 15 minutes a day of high intensity interval training can really get you far- you'd be surprised.0 -
It's supposed to be short. (15, maybe 20 minutes on the outside.) If it's easy, go up to the next level!0

The one I did was labeled Beginner Body Weight Routine and listed these exercises.
•20 body weight squats
•10 push ups
•20 walking lunges
•10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug)
•15 second plank
•30 Jumping Jacks
I did them in a row as instructed and did 3 circuits. Just felt like it was a little too easy or maybe didn't take long enough. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED that it didn't take long. I just want to be sure I was doing it right. Just found that website today btw and haven't fully explored it.0 -
If it was too easy, go harder, more intense. Add in more of each thing, or add some weights to your squats and rows and time to your planks.0

Oh and I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30 DS. I've been rotating the levels, doing a different one each day, and using my elliptical.
Also for those that have done any of the exercises from NF, how do I log it on here?0 -
consider changing rep limits to time limits.
go for max reps in alotted time and see intensity go through the roof.0 -
