16/8

What does everyone have to say about intermittent fasting? Is it a load of crap fad, or has anyone had results? I just started reading about it, and I am intrigued. I always workout around 6 or 6:30 am, work from 8:30-5:30, and sleep from 10:30ish-6ish. I thought about the 16/8, eating from 12-8, but... I always eat after my workout, and I really don't have time to workout after work, unless it were late at night, which could cause sacrifice in sleep. I just feel like I would be starving if i didn't eat after working out in the morning. However, if I tried to eat from 7-3, I would more than likely cave in before bed time. Switch workout and take possible sleep time away? Keep doing what I'm doing? Modify this some? Hmmm. I'm all ears on ideas.
