What foods/snacks do enjoy that are low carb?

I'm attempting to cut back on carbs. Mostly the bread kind - not focusing too much on the carbs in things like fruits, etc since I need to eat more fruits and veggies - its one of my goals in healthy eating.
My problem: I can't come up with many food ideas that are low carbs.
So far I love things with hummus like cucumbers, almond butter in yogurt, cheese. But then I start to run out of ideas.
I'd love to hear what you all are eating in the lower-carb category. All ideas welcome!
thanks,
Leslie

Nuts, nut butter, string cheese and beef jerky are my favorite "go to" low carb snacks0

I like nuts (usually almonds or pistachios), baby carrots, protein shake, pickles, turkey pepperoni, and string cheese0

I like an occasional boiled egg, but prefer fried eggs.
A chicken breast is a nice snack.
So if a little grilled pork.
Either of those with just al ittle salt and pepper on them.
Raw cashews and almonds with a little bit of 80% chocolate. The higher the chocolate percentage, the lower the quantity of sugar, as an FYI.0 -
I find there are a lot of low-carb dips and spreads out there that are very tasty. I use celery sticks instead of crackers and pile on tuna, cheese spread or cream cheese. Cottage cheese is also a great, filling low-carb snack with lots of protein. Love to add walnuts or almonds to my Carbmaster yogurt.0
