A few questions from a newbie :)

Hi all,
I have just started using MFP and have a few questions

When filling my diary in i noticed my protein was -5 at the end of the day. Should i not be ok having lots of protein. Is that not a good thing?

Also,,am i able to 'carry' over calories on my diary so that i can have my 'day off' on saturday?

Hope that makes sense :P

    i've gone over on my protein plenty of times, and i am never too worried about it...going five over is not a big deal. also, i have cheat days on saturday even if i ate all my calories all week! but if you want to cut down a little throughout the week to make up for it, that's totally fine!

    I would just hate to do all this work and not actually lose because of something so simple so just thought i would check before i went any further :P
