    It may be weird but granola is my crack. EIther with yogurt or as part of apple or a berry crisp I cannot stop eating it. I lose all self control lol, so I have to stop eating it cold turkey if I wanna stay on track with my weight loss.

  • Chocolate covered nuts, any kind. Chocolate covered donuts, suzie-Q's, girl scout Samoa cookies and anything that has coconut in it. Which is why I rarely ever, if ever have them in the house. :tongue:

    Soreen malt loaf (unbuttered) and any yoghurt covered fruit, I just inhale those two foods.

    A bag of hot cheetos (has about 4 servings of 21 cheetos)! Super, super bad for me, I think one bag has about 600-750 calories.

    My homemade spinach dip. I recently logged it into My Recipes, and it's over 1,000 calories for half of it. Not including the chips or bread or whatever other carb-like vehicle I use to bring copious amounts of it to my mouth.

    Thanks god for "single" serving packs of the mac & cheese and potato sticks.

    I also love french fries and good quality cheese but can usually reign myself in on those.

    Anything cheesy and any dessert with creamy peanut butter. I have a recipe for cookies that my whole family calls "crack" cookies and I can't resist them either which is why I don't hardly ever bake them anymore either.
