    Congratulations, I have lost 22 lbs since January and only 2" off my waist. You have been more successful than I. I exercise daily and I can hardly notice the difference in my clothes only notice it on the scales.

    Keep it up! Everyone's body is different. I still have a long way to go in my stomach. We all lose weight where our body wants to unfortunately. I lost most of my inches the first 3 weeks. Only after the last week 1/2 or so have I lost another inch. I think its b/c I incorporated strength training (p90x) to my routine.
