Arm Exercise Suggestions?

Does anyone have any really effective arm workouts (preferably with free weights)?
I feel like I use the same ones all the time, and it's the hardest area for me to see results

Which part of arms? Bicep, Tricep, Forearms?

Biceps-all kinds of curls, deadlift, chin up, bent over row, blah blah blah
Tricep-pushup, push down, overhead extension, skull crusher, bench presses,
    Forearms-deadlift, farmer carry,

Are you adding arm work into an existing routine or are you talking about just working arms?

    Great resource here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/

Just click on the muscle groups you want to work, filter by the equipment you want to use or have with you, and watch videos/see pictures of many different exercises.

    Have fun!
  • I really like doing candle sticks. Hold 5 or 10 lb weights in each hand and hold your arms straight out for as long as possible holding each weight vertically. Do this with your arms out to your sides as well (holding the weights horizontally this time). When your arms start to shake you know it's working! :)
  • go to youtube and type in arm workouts for women-tons come up....

    I like toneitup.com
    fitsugar.com always have good ones.
