Not a huge weight loss as of yet...I'm still in the "during" phase. Almost 20 pounds down since December.
Age: 44
Height: 5'4"
Starting Weight: 170
Current Weight: 151.8
Goal Weight: 125-130

Kinda plateauing right now, but I've been eating too much salt and not eating as well as I should. But hey, this is a journey right?

    Good job! You look years younger! Weight loss and working in a hospital environment is tricky I hear, and you're doing great. And I love the new hair too =)
