Doing something different eating more 2 stop binging eating!

So i think i set my calories far to low for how active i am, i always shot for 1200 - 1500 and then end up binging in the evening.

So today im gonna stop beating myself up, stop trying to eat so much less than i actually need and reduce my weight loss goal to half a pound per week.

So i will be allowed to eat around 2250 a dayish depending on how much i work out!

Scary stuff, any stories you can share?xxx

    I have decided to do the same thing :) Going to try it for a month to see if it makes a diffrence , i am feeling better already and no binge eating or cravings so far, i have also given up soft drink, i think that helps with the sugar cravings.
