Strength training- not sore

Does that mean that I should be lifting heavier because I am not sore??? Thanks

Being sore is not necessarily the sign of a good workout. There are other indicators to bear in mind:
Did you go to failure (i.e. could not do another rep?)
Did you increase your weights from last time?
Did you manage more reps than last time?0 -
If you feel like you can go heavier do so, but I lift heavy and often am not sore the day after. Lifting well doesn't automatically mean you should ache. Often you don't.0
