I need HELP!!!

Hi, my name is Chantelle. I was part of this community 3 years ago and it really helped with my weight loss. Well since then, I've gained 60 lbs :(. Back then I was breastfeeding, so everything fell off. Now I have no idea where to begin. I hate cooking so we eat out a lot and I know that is where I should start. I just don't know what to eat. I want to start off slow and easy when it comes to cooking and packing lunches, eating breakfast.
Some guidance would be great, thanks.
