Kettlebell advice

HI there, I started doing some kettlebell exercices and before going further, I would like to know if any of you had back pain using it and how to avoid back pain. Thank you

    Are you doing kettlebells on your own? At the gym I go to, they only have access to kettlebells with a personal trainer (and they have some small kettlebell classes with trainers) because it is very easy to sustain an injury using kettlebells. The only way to avoid backpain with this is to learn how to do the exercises properly. There are some good intro videos available on line and some good instructional info. I know I have been touting Fitness Blender a lot out here but they have a good beginner kettlebell workout...and it is free! But don't do it alone. Do at least a few workouts with someone who knows how to do it and who can watch your form and be sure you are doing it right. Kettlebell workouts are my favorite and I hope you will enjoy them too!
