Hey Guys,
in a few days time i am intending to start running 3 miles to work. I was hoping you might be able to recommend a decent running rucksack. Something big enough to squeeze a change of clothes in ie ballet pumps, jeans and a top (so nothing massive).

If you could post a link in that would be fantastic.

Thank you xx

Some of the cycling ones you can get from Halfords might work. You want something thats held off your back as you dont want it to get sweaty and the cycling ones do this... just a thought?

My Camel Back works for me. They have different sizes and you can put water in it to hydrate while running.

Can you bring your clothes to work the day before? It'd be much more comfortable and convenient. Just another idea :) Have fun!

    Cheers Gem

I basically want something thats going to be comfortable to run with, that has the chest and tummy strap to stop in bouncing up and down. I have seen reviews on some that are lousy and have yet to come across a single one thats got good reviews and doesn't cost £80.

So you are running into work? Would it be better to run home from work? (then you can have a shower when you get home)? Perhaps the suggestion of keeping work clothes at work? Or running clothes at work vice versa?
