1/3 of the way to my goal of 105 lbs...with pic

In just 11 weeks I've lost 35 lbs, which is 1/3 of the way to my first goal of losing 105 lbs. This definitely on track for my goals of losing 50 lbs by summer and the other 55 lbs by the end of the year.
For the first time I feel like I can really do this!!! :bigsmile:
I don't have a body comparison picture now, but this face comparison was taken last week at -31 lbs.

My goal is to lose 105 lbs (not to weigh 105 lbs)...guess I wasn't very specific there. When I lose the 105 lbs I will still be farrrr from weighing 105!0

Great job!! I would love to know how you did it. If you can give us a few of your best tips...
Really no secrets to this...counting calories and exercise. That's it. I've cut out all pop and deep fried foods. I eat everything else in moderation (I still have chips, sweets, etc...but all in moderation and it all gets counted in my calories).
