Hi ... I'm trying this time

Hi I'm Yancy I downloaded this app a yr. ago but didn't really reach out to people , I have no friends :( my goal is to lose 60 pounds or more . I want to feel good about myself , everyday I daydream the day ill look skinny.

    Welcome back to MFP, I too started about a year ago and was not at all serious or did much. However, that has changed since March 04, 2013...I have been committed, logging all my food, exercising just about every day. I feel great and have seen a big difference in my energy levels, stamina and my clothes fits a lot better. I have not weighed since I made the decision to only weigh myself on the 4th of every month. Hang in there, you can do this...it is easier than what we think.....it is more about self discipline and dedication......I need to lose 50 lbs and hope to heal my blood pressure and get completely off my blood pressure meds.
