All three parts are FREE ON YOUTUBE. If you have internet, you have the 30 Day Shred. Just make sure you click through a couple until you find the full length one.

The 30 Day Shred is less than $10 in most places, and last I checked all the work-outs were on youtube. You must be looking at the price for her big "system" DVD set.

If you are looking for bang for your buck, I'd get Ripped in 30 instead. It has four workouts rather than three, and I just heard Jillian herself say on a podcast that she didn't understand why anyone was still buying 30DS when RI30 is so much better!
  • Do it for free on YouTube.

Or, i got mine in a 3 pack on Amazon for $10 - 30DS, Target Spots & Metabolism Boost.

Do you mean body revolution? 30 day shred is on YouTube for free. Her other videos are usually around $10 at target/Walmart. Body revolution is great, but her other videos are just as great. You really don't new to spend the money if you don't have it.

You can get it At Walmart for between $10-$15 depending on where you live and whether or not you purchase it in store or online. It is also free on youtube along with a few other Jillian workouts. But even better than that is Supreme 90 Day Challenge (For sale at walmart between $10-$20 depending on where you live). MUCH better and the only thing you need are some dumbbells (heavier than the ones you would use for 30DS as that is not actual strength training but rather cardio with weights) and a balance ball.

WOW $30 for a 30 day shred? My hubby created an 8 week program for $8 and we've had clients come at us with some amazing results!
