Hello,

I am going to start Jillian Michael's: Ripped in 30. If you have done RI30 before, how many times a week did you do it? How were your results? I am just trying to get some input before I begin the program. Let me know what you thought about RI30!

Thanks.

    Hi,

I am doing the Ripped in 30 right now. I will do the last day of week 1 this evening and am already noticing a huge difference in my stomach. I have done it before and only did 4-5 days a week and got some results but nothing great. This time around I am doing 6 days a week and I am already seeing better results. As with anything make sure you follow a restricted calorie diet to get maximum outcomes. It is a good workout ( ie you'll feel the burn). I would love to join you on your journey and see how you do.

I'm on day 2 of level 2 and it is seriously kicking my butt, but I love it!

I can see some improvement in my abs and butt, but my mom said that my abs and butt look a lot better. I think she can see it more than I can because I look at my body everyday while she doesn't. I also do it six days a week; Saturday is my rest day.

I moved on to the next level after one week. I could do almost all of the workouts all the way through except for the stupid running man. Not because I couldn't keep up, but because my arms and legs would naturally move until I was no longer alternating like I was supposed to, so I spent most of my time trying to fix that. :)

I did level 3 for the first time yesterday. It was hard! I have been sore after the first session of each level, but now I have pain and stiffness in my low back. I think it's from the bouncing moves. I don't have back problems, and I certainly don't want to start, so I think I will go easier on those moves next time.
