    I am 5 months into my life change. September 2012, I gave birth to my 3rd child at 32 years old. I knew that I needed to loose the baby weight right away.

    With my best friend as my gym buddy, the support from my husband at home, and all the positive encouragement from all my family, friends, and MFP’rs – I was able to reach my big milestone. 50lbs lost.

    Today I am a better mother. I can run around and chase my kids. I can carry them without pain. And most of all, my husband cant get enough!

    I am not done with my journey. I am not sure what my “Goal weight” is, but I do know that I want to become more toned. Thank you MFP for helping me understand that there is no trick to loose weight – just pure principle to burn more then you take in.
